TRANSFER RUMOURS: Arsenal decision on record Chelsea signing as €120m offer made
FootballTransfers runs through the biggest rumours from 12 December, including the latest updates on Enzo Fernandez and Kepa Arrizabalaga.
Bayern to bid for Fernandez
Bayern Munich are "preparing" a €120 million offer for Chelsea midfielder Enzo Fernandez, according to Fichajes.
The Bundesliga giants are "determined" to rival Real Madrid for the Argentine's signature and are ready to put big money on the table for a potenial replacement for Leon Goretzka.
Fernandez has signed with a new agency, led by former Argentina international Javier Pastore, which has fuelled speculation over a potential transfer.
Kepa to leave Arsenal already?
Arsenal are scouting Borussia Dortmund goalkeeper Diant Ramaj, who is currently on loan at Heidenheim, according to Sport.de.
The Gunners signed Kepa Arrizabalaga, who remains the world's most expensive keeper ever after his €80m move to Chelsea, but he has only played in the Carabao Cup this season.
As a result, it is possible that the Spaniard could look to jump ship again in 2026, which would necessitate the signing of a new backup to David Raya.
Saudi clubs will have to self-fund Salah deal
Any Saudi Pro League clubs looking to sign Liverpool legend Mohamed Salah in January will have to self-fund a deal, according to Ben Jacobs.
Budgets for the season were centrally allocated in the summer, and additional money will not be made available mid-season. Clubs will have to use whatever remaining budget they have left over or secure private funding to sign Salah.
Al-Hilal, NEOM SC and Al-Qadsiah are interested in the Egyptian, with the latter having the best chances of signing him as they could receive additional money from their owners Aramco.
Chelsea, Man Utd battle for Sadiki
Chelsea and Man Utd are interested in Sunderland midfielder Noah Sadiki, according to Sacha Tavolieri.
Chelsea "immediately" enquired about Sadiki after the Black Cats secured an impressive 2-1 win at Stamford Bridge in October. The Blues' interest is "very serious."
Man Utd have also approached the representatives of the DR Congo international, and he is the latest name to be added to their lengthy shortlist of midfield targets.
