Martin has been a passionate football fan since a young age. Initially interested in Scottish and English football, he eventually became a Spanish football expert while compiling match reports and doing live text commentaries on La Liga fixtures, particularly in the era of dominance from Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
