Fabrizio Romano reports that Chelsea would be ready to offer 'important money' to Arsenal for 18-year-old wonderkid Ethan Nwaneri amid his ongoing contract uncertainty in North London.

The topic of Nwaneri was broached during Chelsea's talks with Arsenal over Noni Madueke, but the Premier League runners-up are refusing to engage in discussions over a potential deal for the teenager.

Meanwhile, goalkeeper Mike Penders and attacking midfielder Kendry Paez are expected to spend the upcoming season on loan in Alsace.
