EA Sports FC 24 wonderkids: The 20 best young forwards

Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has the highest-rated potential of any wonderkid forward in EA Sports FC 24.

The Napoli star has a potential rating of 92, which is the highest of any forward currently aged under 23. Kvaratskhelia’s base rating in EA FC 24 Career Mode is 86, meaning he is able to increase by six ratings.

EA Sports FC 24, which has rebranded from its famous title of 'FIFA', is the first game that will see male and female footballers in the same game mode, with players able to use both men and women in EA FC 24 Ultimate Team.

However, while female players have been added to EA FC Ultimate Team in a historic moment in football video game history, they will not be available for use in the popular Career Mode.

Career Mode will remain focused on the men’s game, with EA FC players able to choose a player career or a manager career as usual. Career Mode was one of the most popular game modes in FIFA and it’s expected to have a similar level of interest in EA FC 24.

As always, players will strive to develop their team and watch young stars reach their potential.

Each year, players are given a ‘potential’ rating in Career Mode to go alongside their regular rating in Kick Off and Ultimate Team. This makes Career Mode a unique experience as EA FC 24 players are able to see young stars increase in rating every season.

While Kvaratskhelia leads the way for potential rating of all midfielders in the game, he is closely followed by Real Madrid’s Rodrygo. The Brazilian has a potential rating of 91.

Bukayao Saka is third on the list of under 23 forwards with the highest potential rating in EA FC 24 Career Mode, thanks to his 90 potential.

Manchester United summer signing Rasmus Hojlund is fourth with a potential rating of 89, followed by Gabriel Martinelli, Ansu Fati, Elye Wahi and Alejandro Garnacho (all 88).

Goncalo Ramos (PSG) and Youssoufa Moukoko (Borussia Dortmund) are the only two forwards aged under 23 with 87 potential, although there are nine players with the potential to become 86 rated forwards in EA FC 24 Career Mode.

They are: Takefusa Kubo, Folarin Balogun, Johan Bakayoko, Evan Ferguson, Ernest Nuamah, Mathys Tel, Carlos Forbs, Rooney Bardghji and Nelson Weiper.

Chelsea forward Nicolas Jackson completes the top 20 thanks to his potential rating of 85.
