Arsenal move for Kenan Yildiz

Arsenal have joined Chelsea in the race to sign Juventus wonderkid Kenan Yildiz, according to reports from Italy.

Although the Blues have a long-standing interest in the 20-year-old, the Gunners are considering making a blockbuster move for the exciting attacker, who has caught the eye with his early season form in Turin.

Yildiz will not come cheap, though. He has a €100 million (£87.2m) price tag on his head.

Man Utd hijack Chelsea’s Maignan bid

Chelsea also face new competition from Manchester United over AC Milan goalkeeper Mike Maignan, who will be a free agent next summer.

Although the Red Devils signed Senne Lammens from Royal Antwerp during the summer transfer market, Ruben Amorim harbours doubts about the young goalkeeper’s readiness to be the first-choice keeper at Old Trafford.

Maignan represents a low-cost, high-quality solution to United’s long-standing goalkeeping problem, but first they will have to beat Chelsea to the France international.

Real Madrid plot €120m (£104.7m)Liverpool raid

Real Madrid are ready to offer Liverpool as much as €120 million (£104.7m) to sign midfielder Alexis Mac Allister during the January transfer window, a stunning report from Spain claims.

Los Blancos have regularly been linked with Reds stars in the recent past, with Ibrahima Konate strongly linked with a move to the Bernabeu in order to follow Trent Alexander-Arnold to the Spanish capital.
