Barcelona ready to sign Marcus Rashford on one condition

Barcelona are reportedly ready to sign Manchester United outcast Marcus Rashford if they are able to sell Ansu Fati this summer.
The England international was heavily linked with a Camp Nou switch during the January window, but a proposed transfer to the Spanish giants failed to materialise and he eventually joined Aston Villa on a short-term loan deal.
Unai Emery’s side are interested in signing Rashford permanently, following an impressive stint at Villa Park, although multiple reports state that he is instead eager to join Barcelona this summer.
The Blaugrana have a limited transfer budget, but they are monitoring Rashford’s situation and they are interested in finalising a deal if the terms are acceptable.
However, 90min state that Barcelona will only push to sign Rashford this summer if they are able to offload the aforementioned Fati on a permanent deal.
The former Spain international has suffered continuous injury problems over the past few years and Barca are determined to sell him in order to raise funds and free up space on their wage bill.
As a result, Rashford’s potential move to Camp Nou reportedly hinges on whether Barcelona are able to sell Fati. A number of La Liga clubs have expressed their interest in the 22-year-old, including Sevilla, although Hansi Flick’s side are yet to agree a sale.

Marcus Rashford to leave Man Utd this summer
Rashford was frozen out of the Man Utd squad by new boss Ruben Amorim in early December and he appears to have already played his last game for his boyhood club.
Since joining Villa in January, Rashford has enjoyed a new lease of life, scoring four goals and providing six assists for the club, and he looks set to earn a permanent Old Trafford departure as a result of his impressive form under Emery.
