Garnacho is one of a number of players who have been told they have no future under Ruben Amorim and to train away from the United first team in order to find new clubs.

Concrete proposals for the likes of Jadon Sancho and Marcus Rashford have so far been minimal but Garnacho could be the first member of United’s ‘bomb squad’ to be on the move this summer.

While the likes of Napoli and Bayer Leverkusen have made approaches for Garnacho, the 21-year-old is keen to remain in the Premier League, with United also demanding a significant transfer fee that teams are unwilling to currently match.

Garnacho’s wishes could soon be answered, with the Daily Mail being one of a number of sources reporting that Aston Villa are preparing to move for the Argentine international as they look for a left winger to replace Rashford after his loan spell from United.

The likes of Tottenham and Chelsea are also said to be holding an interest in Garnacho but Unai Emery’s side could push the hardest for the youngster, particularly as the situation with their own players heats up.

Garnacho could lead Premier League multi-club dealings as transfer progress ramps up

United are understood to be in talks with Villa to sign Emi Martinez and a deal could be brokered that sees the goalkeeper move to Old Trafford in any transfer for Garnacho.

Ollie Watkins is also wanted by United, as well as multiple other sides, but Villa are still considering players aside from Garnacho, such as Chelsea’s Nicolas Jackson.

Chelsea’s interest in Garnacho also remains intriguing considering Enzo Maresca’s side have spent more than €120m on forwards Jamie Gittens and Joao Pedro this summer and there is speculation they could entertain a deal if it involved Christopher Nkunku moving to United.

Another crucial domino could be the future of Morgan Rogers, with Chelsea rumoured to be eyeing a move for the England star if Villa do move for Garnacho, although the Midlands side are believe him to be ‘untouchable’ according to reporter Ben Jacobs.
