Chelsea will be set to receive a huge influx of money if they are able to sell the plethora of players currently on their transfer list.

The Blues have been the most active club in the transfer market since the arrival of BlueCo as their new owners in 2022, with an ambitious strategy implemented by the Stamford Bridge hierarchy.

Chelsea have spent over €1.5 billion on new signings over the past three years, while they have earned a whopping €611.3 million through player sales across the same time period.

This summer, Enzo Maresca’s side have already completed the signings of seven new players, including Joao Pedro, Jamie Gittens and Liam Delap, but they are yet to reduce the size of their bloated squad.

A new ‘bomb squad’ has been formed at Stamford Bridge and Chelsea have now turned their attention to sanctioning several high-profile sales following the recent addition of the aforementioned Gittens.

Cole Palmer, Moises Caicedo and Levi Colwill appear to be the only ‘untouchable’ players at Chelsea, with the club willing to listen to transfer offers for virtually every other star at the club.

As a result, the Blues could be set to receive a mega influx of cash through player sales over the next few weeks.

In fact, Chelsea could earn a total of €428m if they sell 16 unwanted stars for their Estimated Transfer Value (ETV) this summer.

Who will Chelsea sell this summer?

Djordje Petrovic, Alfie Gilchrist, Axel Disasi, Ben Chilwell, Renato Veiga, Trevoh Chalobah, Lesley Ugochukwu, Carney Chukwuemeka, David Datro Fofana, Joao Felix, Raheem Sterling and Armando Broja are all expected to leave Chelsea following loan spells away last season.

The Blues’ transfer business suggests they all have no future at Stamford Bridge and the club are eager to sanction sales as soon as possible.

Meanwhile, Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall could be set to leave following a disappointing debut season in west London, and Christopher Nkunku is close to a departure too after failing to break in Maresca’s preferred starting XI.

Finally, Noni Madueke and Nicolas Jackson may also surprisingly be sold this summer. The former is closing in on a shock move to Arsenal, with personal terms agreed, while the latter may be offloaded following the signings of Delap and Pedro.

Jackson has been Chelsea’s starting striker for the past two years, but an exit appears to be on the cards and FootballTransfers understands that both Arsenal and Manchester United are keeping tabs on his situation.
