The Argentine international has been informed to find a new club by Red Devils boss Ruben Amorim following the pair’s public bust-up after the Europa League final defeat to Tottenham Hotspur.

Garnacho made 58 appearances across all competitions last season, but he has been deemed surplus to requirements by the Old Trafford outfit and he is eager to leave the club in search of a new opportunity.

Chelsea and Napoli have both been heavily linked with Garnacho over the past few months, although the former opted to sign Jamie Gittens instead, while the latter’s pursuit has died down amid advanced talks with PSV Eindhoven’s Noa Lang.

Al-Nassr have therefore emerged as potential suitors in recent weeks, but Garnacho has now rejected the chance to link up with Cristiano Ronaldo in Saudi Arabia, as per The Telegraph.

The Riyadh giants reportedly held initial talks with the 21-year-old, but he has opted to snub a move to the Middle East in favour of remaining in Europe.

Man Utd to pay millions in subsidised wages

The Telegraph have also claimed that Man Utd could be forced to subsidise the wages of Marcus Rashford, Antony and Garnacho even if they depart Old Trafford this summer.

Buying clubs are reportedly ready to exploit Man Utd’s desire to offload unwanted stars before the start of the new Premier League season, and the Red Devils may be required to pay players millions to leave the club.

Jadon Sancho and Tyrell Malacia are also expected to depart Man Utd this summer, with all five players handing in transfer requests as they look to secure an Old Trafford exit ahead of the 2025-26 campaign.
