Man City open Neto talks
Man City have made contact with the entourage of Chelsea winger Pedro Neto, Fabrizio Romano reports.
New City boss Enzo Maresca is keen to reunite with his former Blues star, but any deal likely hinges on Savinho's departure. The latter is a key target for Tottenham, who also have Neto on their shortlist as a backup option.
A deal for Savinho has been slow to progress lately, but if he seals a move to Spurs, City will accelerate on Neto. However, they do not want to overpay, so the transfer will also hinge on Chelsea's asking price.
Final Hall decision
Newcastle have emphatically made it clear to Man Utd that Lewis Hall is not for sale, TEAMtalk claims.
The England international has become a key target for the Red Devils, who are in the market for left-back reinforcements. Hall has been strongly linked with the Old Trafford club for several weeks.
Newcastle insist that they do not want to lose him and have now reiterated this to intermediaries exploring a deal on behalf of Man Utd. However, it is worth noting that the Magpies had the same stance on Bruno Guimaraes, and he is now set to join Arsenal.
Rodri only wants Real Madrid
Man City midfielder Rodri has made it clear to his suitors that he has his heart set on joining Real Madrid, as per Mundo Deportivo.
A verbal agreement with Los Blancos is already in place. Rodri is desperate to return to Spain and, specifically, his hometown of Madrid. Discussions with Man City over a move are in full swing.

Nwaneri talks
Arsenal are in "advanced talks" with RB Leipzig over a deal for Ethan Nwaneri, Carlo Pellegatti understands.
The youngster is coming off a disappointing season and is facing an uncertain future in North London. Nwaneri has been the subject of interest from numerous clubs, and a departure is becoming increasingly concrete.
AC Milan have made contact with the Gunners, but they can't match the €40 million asking price for the 20-year-old unless they sell Rafael Leao. Leipzig, on the other hand, are willing to pay that with their Yan Diomande funds, and they could also allow Arsenal to retain a buy-back clause.
Jackson truth
Tottenham are not interested in Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson, Sky Sports writes.
The Senegal international is on the chopping block at Stamford Bridge after a mixed loan spell at Bayern Munich, and it appears that he has failed to win over Xabi Alonso, who has just brought in veteran striker Danny Welbeck.
