Chelsea are looking to offload at least four more players this transfer window, according to Fabrizio Romano.

The Blues' huge summer clearout continues apace. After Todd Boehly's ridiculous €600 million spending spree of last season left the London outfit with a huge squad, they have been hard at work remedying the issue in recent weeks.

The likes of Kalidou Koulibaly, Edouard Mendy, Kai Havertz, Mateo Kovacic, Mason Mount and Ruben Loftus-Cheek have already been sold, while N'Golo Kante departed after the expiration of his contract. Christian Pulisic is currently in Milan to complete his departure.

Despite all of these names already out the door, Chelsea are not finished just yet. Indeed, according to Fabrizio Romano, the Blues are keen to finalise at least four more outgoings before the start of the new season.

Ziyech and company

The transfer expert has revealed on his YouTube channel that Chelsea are still hoping to be able to move Hakim Ziyech on despite his failed move to Al-Nassr.

The results of the Moroccan's medical were unsatisfactory, prompting Cristiano Ronaldo's club to offer a revised contract with wages reduced by 40 per cent. Ziyech rejected the deal, but fellow Public Investment Fund-owned side Al-Ahli could pick up the negotiations.

Romelu Lukaku is another name that has been heavily in the news lately. Talks between Chelsea and Inter have dragged on for weeks, now seemingly reaching an impasse as Inter are unable to fulfil the Blues' wish of signing the Belgian permanently. Nevertheless, Romano claims that conversations will continue and Chelsea are eagerly awaiting their next offer.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is the third player to be offloaded. His wage demands make the 34-year-old an unattractive proposition to European clubs, but the Blues are hoping to find a Saudi solution.

Also expected to depart Stamford Bridge is Callum Hudson-Odoi. After a dire loan spell at Bayer Leverkusen, the 22-year-old is ready to move on. He is keen to stay in Europe despite Saudi interest, according to Romano.
