Is it thought that several clubs from the Middle East have inquired about him, even contacting his entourage to find out about his situation, though there are no offers on the table yet.

Hazard feels that he has everything he had hoped to achieve in football and now is thinking about at least settling down.

The attacker is on a huge salary at Real Madrid and they would like to see him depart this upcoming window to free up space.

Hazard, who is one of the club’s biggest earners, has only played 331 minutes in game nine games in 2022/23 - with the likes of Rodrygo, Vinicius Jr, Federico Valverde and Marco Asensio ahead of him as wingers.

There is not much to fight for in terms of the Belgium national side - again the Red Devils suffered disappointment in the World Cup, with the curtain now drawn on the golden generation.

It is all about his family for Hazard now - and he will have to weigh things up when the season ends because he’s clearly not in the plans of Ancelotti.
