€40m Netherlands star to speak to Premier League sides
Arnaut Danjuma has flown into the UK to speak with Premier League clubs after being given permission by Villarreal to hold talks about a loan move in January, according to reports.
The La Liga star is able to leave his side and an option or obligation to buy may be included, reports The Athletic.
It’s thought that several Premier League sides - as well as other clubs in Europe - are interested in signing the 25-year-old Netherlands international. Danjuma - who FootballTransfers values at €40m - joined Villarreal from Bournemouth in 2021 and is under contract there until June 2026.
Reports have linked him as well with a return to the Cherries, while in the summer it is thought that Liverpool and West Ham were keen on the attacker.

The player was on the bench during Villarreal’s 1-1 draw at Celta Vigo on Friday night and the following day he was allowed to fly to London to speak to potential suitors.
The same publication reported on Thursday that Bournemouth are interested in re-signing Danjuma on a six-month loan deal.
The winger has scored 22 goals in 51 appearances for Villarreal since his move away from Bournemouth four years ago - while he scored 17 goals in 52 appearances during his two-year spell at the Vitality Stadium.
Bournemouth reunion for Danjuma?
Cherries boss Gary O’Neil did not give much away when asked about his side’s interest in Danjuma this week.
He remained coy on the matter, saying simply: “I've worked here with him before. He's a good player.
“Don't like to comment on any players that aren't our own, so, no comment on it, really.”
Aston Villa and Everton have also been linked to Danjuma, but the most credible club at the moment appears to be the club on the south coast.
