The 2022 summer transfer window continues to step up in intensity, with numerous deals coming to fruition on each day.

Monday’s biggest completed transfers included Nayef Aguerd’s switch to West Ham from Rennes for an estimated €35 million, Merih Demiral’s move from Juventus to Atalanta and David Neres’ switch from Shakhtar Donetsk to Benfica as a replacement for Darwin Nunez.

Chelsea are coming close to a deal that will see Raheem Sterling move to the club from Manchester City. Remarkably, a transfer could be done for a fee as low as €40 million.
