Nkunku is the only one of the three to have not been in FPL 2022-23, but the Frenchman scored 16 goals and provided six assists in just 26 Bundesliga appearances last season.

As for Havertz and Maddison, the latter enjoyed a slightly better FPL campaign last year, notching 135 Fantasy points compared to Havertz’s 102. However, the Germany international was classified as a forward in 2022-23, meaning he scored fewer points per goal and did not receive a clean sheet point.

Nicolas Jackson (Chelsea), Mason Mount (Manchester United), Dejan Kulusevski (Tottenham) and Dominik Szoboszlai (Liverpool) are all £7m in this season’s FPL and are tied for the title of the fourth-most expensive new signing in Fantasy Premier League 2023-24.
