Daniel Farke quits as coach of Russian club Krasnodar - without managing a single game

Daniel Farke is no longer head coach of Russian club Krasnodar, following the country's invasion of neighbours Ukraine.
The former Norwich City boss and three of his staff have left their posts after just six weeks.
In fact, the German hadn't managed a single game.

''Krasnodar and Daniel Farke terminated the contract by mutual agreement,'' read the club's statement.
''Together with the German coach, his assistants Edmund Riemer, Chris Domogalla and Christopher John leave the club.''
Krasnodar, who are in sixth place in the Russian Premier League, failed to provide a reason for Farke's departure.
The impact of Russia's invasion on football
Krasnodar are not the first football club to have been impacted by Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
Elsewhere in the Russian Premier League, Lokomotiv Moscow head coach Markus Gisdol left his position on Tuesday. The German managed just 12 games.
''For me, football coaching is the best job in the world,'' he told Bild.
''But I cannot pursue my calling in a country whose leader is responsible for a war of aggression in the middle of Europe.
''That is not in line with my values, which is why I have resigned from my position as coach of Lokomotiv Moscow with immediate effect.''
Daniel Farke and his staff have left Krasnodar by mutual consent having not been in charge for a single match due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

In the English Premier League, Everton have suspended its commercial accordance with Russian companies.
''Everyone at Everton remains shocked and saddened by the appalling events unfolding in Ukraine,'' the Toffees' official statement read.
''This tragic situation must end as soon as possible, and any further loss of life must be avoided.
''The club can confirm that it has suspended with immediate effect all commercial sponsorship arrangements with the Russian companies USM, Megafon and Yota.''
All three are linked to Uzbek businessman Alisher Usmanov, whose assets have been frozen by the European Union.
And, Roman Abramovich has relinquished the stewardship of Chelsea to its charitable foundation, following calls for the club to be seized by the UK government.
