Manchester City remain among their highest spenders in the Premier League - but the side are starting to see a hefty return on some of their squad members.
In recent years, they broke what was then the British transfer record when they bought Jack Grealish from Aston Villa for a fee of €117 million. And the summer after came Erling Haaland, who arrived from Borussia Dortmund for €60m. The Norwegian superstar immediately broke scoring record after scoring record in his opening weeks with the club.
Last summer they landed Josko Gvardiol from RB Leipzig - while Matheus Nunes: also came from Wolves after the side's move for Lucas Paqueta broke down.
The players currently on the longest deals are Gvardiol, Nunes, Maximo Perrone, Kalvin Phillips and Julian Alvarez until 2028, while Phil Foden, Ruben Dias, Joao Cancelo, Manuel Akanji, Jack Grealish and Erling Haaland have contracts expiring in 2027. Kevin De Bruyne has a contract until 2025.
