It’s also known how much Manchester United and Arsenal will have to pay for any potential deal for Osimhen if they make a move for him next summer.

Osimhen price revealed

Manchester United have always maintained an interest in Osimhen and there was talk of a summer move, with Cristiano Ronaldo going the other way, but that never materialized.

The club currently use Marcus Rashford as their forward, with Anthony Martial inconsistent in his fitness and Ronaldo likely to leave after his latest tantrum against Tottenham.

Arsenal are also interested in Osimhen, and could be tempted to make a move for him, however, this may be complicated.

They already have Gabriel Jesus amongst their ranks and would need someone to support him, but a new forward is not an essential signing for them and a transfer may not happen.

Fabrizio Romano has now spoken about the rumours and how much he’d cost: "I’ve seen many rumours about Napoli striker Victor Osimhen – a very good striker, a very important player.

“My understanding is the only chance to sign him was towards the end of the summer, but (Man Utd) decided to go for Antony as their priority.

“At the moment, Napoli have absolutely no intention to sell Osimhen in January. They’re having an amazing season and Osimhen is a big part of that.

They’ve always said it would take more than €100m, so it won’t be easy in January to tempt Napoli into a sale," the journalist concluded.

That is a steep fee for the player and may put off any potential suitors, or perhaps even opening the doors for others to enter the race for the forward.
