Transfer Rumours: Man Utd deal 'guaranteed' as Camavinga race explodes
FootballTransfers runs through the biggest rumours from 22 March, including the latest updates on Eduardo Camavinga, Joshua Zirkzee and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.
Romano guarantees Zirkzee exit
Joshua Zirkzee is looking to finally leave Man Utd this summer, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Netherlands international, who joined in the summer of 2024, has been linked with a departure since January 2025, having failed to establish himself as a regular fixture at Old Trafford.
The former Bologna forward had the chance to return to Serie A with clubs like AS Roma and Juventus but decided together with Man Utd to stay and fight for his place.
Now, he has finally seen the writing on the wall. "I can guarantee that the desire of Joshua Zirkzee is to change in the summer transfer window," Romano said. "Zirkzee would welcome a transfer out of Manchester United in the summer transfer window."
Chelsea in Camavinga race
Chelsea and Liverpool are locked in a battle for the signature of Real Madrid midfielder Eduardo Camavinga, according to CaughtOffside.
The France international could be allowed to leave Los Blancos this summer if an offer exceeding €50 million is made. Both Premier League clubs are in contact with the 23-year-old.
So far, Liverpool have made the most progress in discussions with Camavinga's representatives, but Chelsea can't be discounted in what is still an open race for the former wonderkid.
Arsenal admire Kvaratskhelia
Arsenal are admirers of PSG winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, but a deal would be complicated this summer, Fabrizio Romano reports.
Despite rumours of behind-the-scenes tension, PSG have absolutely no intention of selling the Georgia international, making this essentially a non-starter. However, Romano expects Kvaratskhelia to eventually end up in the Premier League in the future.
"In the future, I think at some point, [the] Premier League could be a destination for Kvaratskhelia," Romano explained. "But at the moment, the player is very happy in Paris. I don't think this is going to be easy.
"Then, if you ask me if there is interest, of course, there is. For example, for Arsenal, he will probably be the ideal player, the perfect winger, but at this stage, it's really, really complicated. I still expect Arsenal to go for a winger in this transfer window, but it's complicated for Kvaratskhelia."
Arsenal ready to sell White
Arsenal are ready to cash in on Ben White this summer, according to TEAMtalk.
The former England international has struggled for regular minutes this season and is likely to have no shortage of suitors once the campaign concludes. Arsenal are prepared to allow him to pursue a new challenge.
Numerous potential replacements have been shortlisted, including breakout AS Roma star Wesley Franca. Newcastle's Tino Livramento, Eintracht Frankfurt's Nnamdi Collins and Monaco's Vanderson are also being monitored.
Anderson in talks with City
Man City are in advanced talks with the representatives of Nottingham Forest midfielder Elliot Anderson, as per Fabrizio Romano.
The 23-year-old is a priority target for Man Utd, but it is their local rivals who are the favourites to secure his signature this summer, having previously been described as the "clear frontrunners" for the England star.
"Manchester City are the club pushing hardest for him right now," Romano revealed. "They’ve been in advanced discussions with the player’s agents to understand the terms of a potential deal - though nothing is yet agreed."
