How Arsenal would line up with Khvicha Kvaratskhelia
Arsenal are eager to sign Paris Saint-Germain winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia during the upcoming summer transfer window as they look to bolster the forward options available to Mikel Arteta.
The Gunners spent just shy of €300 million on new signings last summer, but they aren’t yet finished in the market and they have identified a number of high-profile targets to pursue when the 2025-26 season concludes.
FootballTransfers understands that Newcastle United duo Valentino Livramento and Sandro Tonali are both on Arsenal’s radar, while the club are also interested in AC Milan winger Rafael Leao and Inter Milan striker Francesco Pio Esposito.
A move for Kvaratskhelia has been mooted by several outlets too and this has now been confirmed by The Independent, who report that Arteta’s side view the 25-year-old as a player capable of offering “more individual creativity.”
Kvaratskhelia’s camp are understood to be open to the idea of completing a switch to the Emirates Stadium, although PSG will be reluctant to lose one of their star attackers just 18 months after signing him from Napoli.
The Georgia superstar has 35 goal contributions in just 69 games for Luis Enrique’s side and he would likely walk into Arsenal’s starting XI if the Gunners are able to finalise a deal.

How Arsenal would line up with Khvicha Kvaratskhelia
David Raya remains Arsenal’s undisputed number one goalkeeper and he will likely be protected by a back four of Jurrien Timber, William Saliba, Gabriel Magalhaes and Piero Hincapie once again next season.
The Gunners are expected to sign a new central midfielder this summer, with the aforementioned Tonali and Lille wonderkid Ayyoub Bouaddi both on their radar, however Arteta’s preferred trio of Martin Zubimendi, Martin Odegaard and Declan Rice could keep their place in the starting XI.
In attack is where Kvaratskhelia’s potential arrival would shake things up. The Georgia superstar would expect to immediately become a key player in north London and either Leandro Trossard or Gabriel Martinelli would likely be required to depart in order to free up space for the PSG superstar.
Bukayo Saka has endured a tough 2025-26 season, despite Arsenal’s success, but he will retain his place on the right flank, with Kvaratskhelia deployed on the opposite side. Interest in Julian Alvarez could see Viktor Gyokeres demoted to the substitutes bench, but he will keep his starting place for the time being.
Noni Madueke and Kai Havertz will likely be reduced to cameo appearances in the Premier League and starts in cup competitions.
