Arsenal learn Benedetti price tag

Arsenal are showing an interest in Palmeiras youngster Luis Benedetti, according to Bolavip.

The 19-year-old is a highly-rated defender, but he has struggled to break into one of the best squads in South America, which has attracted the attention of suitors.

However, Palmeiras don't want to sell yet and would prefer to send him out on loan, with Athletico Paranaense currently discussed as a potential destination. Any club looking to change the Serie A giants' stance would have to match his €100 million release clause.

Lewis-Skelly to leave?

Arsenal youngster Myles Lewis-Skelly is growing increasingly frustrated with his lack of regular game time, according to Pete O'Rourke.

The 19-year-old has not featured in the Premier League in nine games, with most of his minutes coming in the Champions League this season. He has only started once in the Premier League.

As a result, and with Arsenal set to make Piero Hincapie's loan permanent, Lewis-Skelly could demand a loan exit in the summer transfer window, similar to Ethan Nwaneri in January.

Arsenal want Serbian youngster

Arsenal are among the clubs keen on signing Red Star Belgrade teenager Vasilije Kostov, according to Mozzart Sport.

It was previously claimed that the Gunners had already lodged a €20 million bid for the 17-year-old midfielder, but the report disputes this and states that Marseille are the only club to have made any concrete moves towards signing him so far.

The Ligue 1 side have made an offer in the region of €17m, but Red Star are demanding around €25m. Arsenal are said to be showing a "great interest" in Kostov.

Tonali to cost €100m

The agent of Newcastle midfielder Sandro Tonali was recently in attendance when Arsenal played Brighton, according to Tuttosport.

This has sparked fresh speculation over a potential summer move to North London after the Gunners made some contact late in January following Mikel Merino's foot injury.

However, any move after this season would require a sizeable fee, with the report claiming that Newcastle will not sell their star midfielder for less than €100m. He is a dream target for Juventus, but the interest from Arsenal and Man Utd, as well as his price tag, make this move unlikely.
