Arsenal or Chelsea? Joao Pedro makes transfer decision

Brighton striker Joao Pedro is prioritising a move to Arsenal or Chelsea over Liverpool, according to Brazilian media.
The versatile Seagulls forward is expected to be one of the names to watch this summer as Pedro has reportedly decided to seek the next step in his career.
The Brazilian is looking to leave Brighton, and the South Coast club are not going to stand in his way if their valuation is met. It is claimed that they are demanding between €60 million and €70m.
Pedro has scored 30 goals and recorded 10 assists in 70 appearances for Brighton, so his availability has naturally attracted the attention of England's biggest clubs.
The likes of Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Newcastle and Aston Villa have all been linked with the 23-year-old in recent weeks, and it seems that Pedro has a clear preference.
Pedro wants to join a London club
According to Trivela, Pedro is prioritising joining one of the London clubs, as revealed to the Brazilian outlet by Brighton teammate Igor Julio. "Joao Pedro had already told Brighton some time ago that his desire was to leave, look for new things, take the next step," Julio told Trivela.
"It seems it will be difficult and complicated for him to stay here. The club already knows that, we have to be honest. I'm very happy for him. He deserves it. He's been here in England for five years, and he hasn't played for a big team yet.

"It's his moment, his time, so he can make the best decision and be happy wherever he goes. I told him that he has to think about what he wants from his career. In my opinion, if I were going to a Big Six team, I would go to a team that competes for the Premier League, plays in the Champions League and is always in a position to win.
"I would go to a team like Liverpool, and I think he would fit in perfectly at Liverpool. [But] it's because I've always dreamed of playing for Liverpool, and I would go there. He always told me that he really wants to live in London, so I think he will prioritise what comes from there."
