Man Utd transfer taking shape as Jadon Sancho picks his next club

Manchester United outcast Jadon Sancho is keen on a move to Napoli, according to Italian media.
The former England international is on the hunt for a new club after returning to Man Utd following his Chelsea loan. Sancho and the Blues could not agree contract terms, so he was sent back to Old Trafford, where he also has no future.
Ruben Amorim has reportedly already decided that he won't utilise the erstwhile €85 million man, forcing Man Utd to seek out potential suitors for the 25-year-old.
One potential destination that has emerged in recent days is Italy. Earlier this week, Napoli opened talks with Man Utd and Sancho to assess the viability of a transfer.
Due to his hefty wages as well as the Red Devils' reported €30m asking price, Napoli decided to prioritise talks with Bologna winger Dan Ndoye instead, almost agreeing personal terms with the Swiss international. However, it has now emerged that they have not yet lost sight of Sancho.
Napoli still keen on Sancho
According to Di Marzio, Napoli are 'not giving up' on the Englishman and are maintaining their contact with his camp, which is giving them an advantage over his other suitors, namely Juventus.
The Bianconeri, who already previously tried to sign Sancho, held discussions over a potential move for the Man Utd outcast on Friday, but the latest reports coming out of Italy suggest that the winger is prioritising Napoli for now.

The fact that the Serie A champions were the first club to make a genuine move for Sancho is appreciated by the player's camp, although it still remains to be seen if a transfer is even feasible.
It is also unclear what the situation with regard to Ndoye is and whether he is still being prioritised. There have been negotiations with Bologna, but it appears that a breakthrough is yet to be made. Financially, it seems unlikely that they would be able to afford both wingers.
