That is according to Fabrizio Romano, who has revealed that Chelsea view Omorodion as a player who could be worth as much as €100m in the future.

Chelsea want Theo Hernandez

Chelsea's summer transfer plans include bringing in a new left-back and Theo Hernandez is the latest name to be linked with a Stamford Bridge switch.

The France international is currently at AC Milan, but the Blues are eager to sign him this summer as they look to bolster Enzo Maresca's side.

HITC have reported that Hernandez is now a legitimate Chelsea target, while the west London club are willing to let both Marc Cucurella and Ben Chilwell leave in order to land the Frenchman.

Ian Maatsen to join Aston Villa

Ian Maatsen is on the verge of joining Aston Villa after Unai Emery’s side agreed a €44m deal with Chelsea.

The Dutchman is now discussing personal terms with Villa ahead of a permanent Chelsea exit.

Borussia Dortmund were interested in re-signing Maatsen, but the Bundesliga club were priced out of a move and Villa have now pounced. Maatsen’s participation at Euro 2024 may delay official confirmation of his transfer to Villa Park, however he seems destined to join Emery’s side.

Marc Guiu to join?

Chelsea are reportedly interested in signing Barcelona teenager Marc Guiu as they continue their search for the best young talent in world football.

Guiu, 18, scored on his first-team debut for the Blaugrana and has made a total of seven senior appearances for his boyhood club, netting on two occasions.

The Blues have been monitoring his situation at Camp Nou and have now asked Barcelona whether a deal would be possible, according to Guillem Balague.

The Spanish reporter has revealed that Guiu will cost just €6 million, due to a release clause in his Barca contract, with Chelsea considering a summer move.

Chelsea want Archie Brown for Strasbourg

Chelsea are still monitoring Gent left-back Archie Brown, and they are currently planning for him to join Strasbourg first, according to Sacha Tavolieri.

However, BlueCo face competition from Lyon, who have lined Brown up as a potential replacement for Nicolas Tagliafico.

Gent are expected to demand €8m for Brown, who joined the club from Lausanne-Sport last summer. Gent’s record sale remains Jonathan David, who left to join Lille for €27m.
