TRUE: Andre confirms Liverpool transfer rumours

The Brazilian insisted he was living his dream with Fluminense and had no desire to think past the final but he revealed he had been keeping an eye on Liverpool and Klopp as well.

“I don’t like to project the future much,” Andre told AS via Sport Witness. “I have been at Fluminense for 10 years, I have a contract and I am very happy here. Reaching the final of the Libertadores is a childhood dream.

“I follow the games a bit and I know that Klopp’s work is exceptional. Without a doubt, he is a great coach, very intelligent and successful. But right now, my coach is [Fernando] Diniz.”

“I don’t know what will happen in the future; I have a long contract at Fluminense and I really like being here. It’s been 10 years already so it’s where I feel at home.

“I’m still young, only 22 years old, so there’s no need for me to think too far ahead. I just need to keep doing my best, try to win this trophy and then see what happens at the end of the season.”
