Real Madrid agree to pay Liverpool MILLIONS to sign Trent early

Real Madrid are set to sign Trent Alexander-Arnold from Liverpool within days – and the Spanish club are ready to splash out on a sizeable transfer fee to secure the England right-back early.
Alexander-Arnold has announced that he is leaving Liverpool but has not yet confirmed that he will move to Los Blancos.
A deal is expected imminently, with Real Madrid ready to rush through a move worth €5 million in order to have the 26-year-old in Xabi Alonso’s squad for the FIFA Club World Cup, according to El Chiringuito.
Journalist Josep Pedrerol explained that it will be a new-look side that travels to the US for the competition, with no fewer than three new arrivals.
“Dean Huijsen has already been announced and Alvaro Carrera, they tell me, is very, very close to being done,” Pedrerol explained before dropping the real bombshell.
“As for Trent Alexander-Arnold, Real Madrid will pay about €5 million to Liverpool so he can go to the Club World Cup.
“A contract has already been agreed for a five-year deal. It’s already done that he will go to the Club World Cup.”

Trent says goodbye to Liverpool
Trent Alexander-Arnold has been heavily criticised in Liverpool for the manner in which he has left the club, prompting former manager Jurgen Klopp to declare himself to be “disappointed” with the Reds’ fans.
However, his final appearance for the Reds on Sunday as a substitute against Crystal Palace was a different experience for the defender.
“I wanted to play for the club one more time and Arne Slot trusted me to play. To get the reception I got means more than anything. I’ve played hundreds of games for the club, but I’ve never felt so loved and cared for than today,” Trent explained.
“Hand on my heart I hope one day the fans will be able to recognise the hard work and everything I have done for the team. There wasn’t a day, minute, second that I didn’t think about the team… It’s been an honour and a privilege for me to be part of this club.”
Trent Alexander-Arnold’s Real Madrid debut could arrive on 18 June when Xabi Alonso’s side face Al-Hilal at the Hard Rock Stadium, Miami.
