FootballTransfers LIVE - All the latest news from Man Utd, Chelsea, Arsenal and around Europe!
The summer transfer window in the Premier League and across Europe's major leagues closed on August 30, and the winter window will not reopen until the new year in January.
This past summer did not see the levels of spending from the Premier League as it did during previous years but there were still some huge transfers across the board.
Chelsea spent the most money (€261 million) on transfers of any club in world football during the 2024 summer transfer window. They signed Tosin Adarabioyo (Fulham), Omari Kellyman (Aston Villa), Marc Guiu (Barcelona), Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall (Leicester), Renato Veiga (Basel), Filip Jorgensen (Villarreal), Caleb Wiley (Atlanta), Aaron Anselmino (Boca Juniors), Pedro Neto (Wolves) and Joao Felix (Atletico Madrid), Estevao (Palmeiras) and Mike Penders (Genk).
Man Utd also spent heavily. They signed Manuel Ugarte from PSG for €50m + €10m in add-ons, Joshua Zirkzee from Bologna for €42.5m, Lille's Leny Yoro for an initial €62m and Bayern Munich duo Matthijs de Ligt and Noussair Mazraoui for a combined €60m.
Arsenal made David Raya's loan from Brentford permanent and signed Riccardo Calafiori from Bologna for €45m and Mikel Merino from Real Sociedad for €32m.
Liverpool signed Federico Chiesa from Juventus for a fee of €12m and Giorgi Mamardashvili from Valencia for €30m, although the Georgian goalkeeper won't arrive until next year.
Elsewhere, we saw Brighton (€231.2m), Aston Villa (€176.2m) and Tottenham (€148m) also splash the cash.

One of the most shocking deals in history?
Dalot delighted Bruno Fernandes decided to stay
Diogo Dalot believes it was a statement of intent from Bruno Fernandes to decide to stay at Man Utd this summer.
"I think it's a clear message that he still believes that this club can go to the places that it should be," the Portuguese right-back said.
"I don't think there's a better way of starting a season than your captain staying and believing that this can go in the right direction. "It's a clear message for the other teammates, for everybody, that we have to believe. We have to work really hard to put Manchester back on the place that it deserves."
Bruno turned down a lucrative offer from the Saudi Pro League to remain at Old Trafford.
