Romano adds that Dortmund are now set to proceed and complete a deal with Sunderland themselves in the coming days.

Sunderland are reported by Sky Germany to be asking Dortmund around €30 million to complete the transfer.

Bellingham to Dortmund

Bellingham, 19, is the younger brother of Real Madrid superstar Jude Bellingham.

But Jobe has been tipped for stardom himself and has attracted interest from numerous big Premier League clubs in recent weeks, including Man Utd, Chelsea, Tottenham and Crystal Palace.

However, it is Dortmund who have won the race with Bellingham following the footsteps of Jude, who made his name at BVB before making a big-money move to Real Madrid.

The 19-year-old Bellingham played a key role this season in helping Sunderland to promotion to the Premier League, scoring four goals and delivering three assists.

Bellingham impressed with his versatility, seamlessly shifting between an attacking and defensive midfield role throughout his time at the club.

Dortmund has been a haven for young English talents in recent years, with the likes of Jude Bellingham, Jadon Sancho and Jamie Gittens all becoming stars at the club.

Le Fee to Sunderland

Sunderland have officially signed midfielder Enzo Le Fee from Roma for €24m on a four-year contract.

Le Fee impressed on loan at Sunderland in the second half of last season and has now made the move permanent.
