Fulham have reached a full agreement to sign Chelsea youngster Tyrique George for a transfer fee of €25.4 million (£22m), according to David Ornstein.
The 19-year-old has been tipped to leave Enzo Maresca’s side throughout the summer transfer window and he is now on the verge of leaving Stamford Bridge to join Chelsea’s west London rivals.

AS Roma and RB Leipzig were also interested in signing George this summer, with the latter in talks to complete a blockbuster deal on Transfer Deadline Day.
However, Fulham have now hijacked the transfer and George is set to become the club’s second signing of the summer window, following the arrival of Benjamin Lecomte from Montpellier for €500k.
George has agreed a five-year contract with Marco Silva’s side and he has been given permission to travel for a medical after Fulham saw a €25.4m offer accepted by Chelsea, as per a bombshell report from Ornstein.
Chelsea have included a sell-on clause in the deal, although the exact percentage has not yet been revealed. Fabrizio Romano has confirmed it is a “heavy sell-on clause.”
Tyrique George to join Fulham
George, who joined Chelsea at Under-8 level, made 26 senior appearances for the Blues last season, scoring three goals, including a crucial equaliser against Fulham at Craven Cottage in April.
The Englishman, who has been included in Lee Carsley’s U21 squad for the September international break, was eager to leave Chelsea this summer after falling down the pecking order following the signings of Jamie Gittens and Alejandro Garnacho.
His desired move away from Chelsea is set to take place during the final hours of Deadline Day, with Fulham agreeing a deal to bring the teenager across west London.
The Cottagers have also been linked with a move for fellow Chelsea star Raheem Sterling, although it remains to be seen if they will pursue a deal after landing George.
