Alejandro Garnacho latest

Alejandro Garnacho has set his sights on joining one of six Premier League clubs as he eyes a Manchester United exit.

The Argentina international is pushing to secure a summer transfer after a public bust-up with Ruben Amorim and Man Utd are open to a sale as they look to raise funds for their pursuit of a new centre forward.

According to Sky Sports News, Garnacho wants to stay in the England and he wants to join a club competing in the Champions League. As a result, he has narrowed his options down to six elite clubs: Liverpool, Tottenham, Chelsea, Manchester City, Newcastle United and Arsenal.

Chelsea and Tottenham are the only two clubs to have registered significant interest in the 21-year-old, although the former have already signed Jamie Gittens and are now pushing to bring Xavi Simons to the club, while the latter have added Mohammed Kudus from West Ham United.

Ruben Amorim offers transfer update

Although Garnacho wants to leave Old Trafford this summer, Amorim has warned the players currently on Man Utd’s transfer list that a departure is not guaranteed.

“Some players have to move to make space in the team, others want a new challenge and want a new team,” Amorim admitted (via the Manchester Evening News).

“We are giving them time to think and if they reach a point where they have to join the team they will because they are our players.

“Omar [Berrada] and Jason [Wilcox] have a number for these players, if that isn't reached they will be Manchester United players.

“I understand maybe other clubs are waiting for the last minute but they can have a surprise. I am ready to receive the players, they have more competition, if they want to play in the World Cup next year they need to play so I am happy with that. I have more options and if they have to fight each other to play that is perfect.”

Antony interest

Two unnamed Saudi Pro League clubs have reportedly joined the race to sign Antony this summer, with a permanent move to Real Betis looking increasingly unlikely.

The Brazilian is eager to rejoin Betis after a successful loan spell last season, but talks over a return to the club have stalled in recent weeks, with the Spanish club unable to match Man Utd’s demands.

Sky Sports have now confirmed that a permanent move to Real Betis is 'unrealistic', but two unnamed Saudi clubs do hold an interest in Antony.

Emiliano Martinez to Saudi Arabia?

Aston Villa goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez has emerged as a key target for Saudi Arabia amid ongoing links with Man Utd.

The 32-year-old is one of Man Utd’s top goalkeeper targets, but he has received a “tempting” offer from the Middle East, according to Argentina's largest newspaper, Clarin.

Martinez is still prioritising a move to Man Utd, but he may be forced to consider a move to Saudi Arabia as the Red Devils are yet to match Aston Villa’s asking price of €50m.
