Juventus have begun exploring a move for Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho, according to a report.

The former England international has been sent back to Old Trafford after failing to agree contract terms with loan club Chelsea, who had been open to keeping him around, but only on their conditions.

Sancho's return has given Man Utd an unwanted transfer headache as they will have to find a buyer for one of their biggest earners in what is likely to distract them from much more important business.

Earlier this week, reports emerged that Serie A champions Napoli had taken an interest in the 25-year-old. However, as soon as this news broke, it became clear that he would be too expensive for them, and they swiftly shifted their focus to Bologna winger Dan Ndoye instead.

Although Sancho remains a name under consideration by Napoli, they are unlikely to move for him anytime soon. Thankfully for Man Utd, he also has suitors elsewhere in Italy.

Juventus reignite Sancho interest

According to Sky Sports, Juventus have reignited their interest in Sancho after previously attempting to sign him. It is claimed that the Bianconeri have begun exploring a move for the 25-year-old to find out just how much of an outlay would be required to bring him to Turin.

The report adds that Man Utd are likely to demand around €30 million for Sancho, and it is as yet unclear whether Juventus would be willing to pay that much for a player who has struggled to consistently perform for years now.

Should the Old Lady decide that a move for the Englishman is feasible, they are expected to open formal talks with Man Utd to thrash out a deal, which suggests that their interest is quite advanced and genuine.

Talks over personal terms with Sancho's representatives are already taking place. The player will likely have to take a pay cut to complete a move to Italy, something he was allegedly unwilling to do in the talks with Chelsea.
