The winger has been in stunning form since joining Betis on loan from Man Utd in the January transfer window.

And amidst heavy interest from elsewhere, Betis want to keep Antony next season.

AS report that Betis are very confident of agreeing a fresh loan deal with Man Utd next season.

Antony to stay at Betis?

They believe they will successfully argue that it is thanks to them that Antony’s transfer value has skyrocketed in 2025.

And that another season at Betis will lead to his value rising even more, to the extent that United can expect a big transfer fee when they sell him on in 2026.

Real Betis would love to sign Antony permanently but donot have the finances to do a deal so want another loan.

Atletico Madrid and Villarreal are also interested in Antony, while Juventus have been linked.

Football Espana report that Man Utd have set an asking price of €40-50 million for the player to interested clubs.

Antony has resurrected his career in Spain after joining Real Betis on loan in January.

He has been one of the best players in La Liga, scoring nine goals and delivering five assists in all competitions.

He has played a crucial role in Betis' run to the Conference League final, delivering two goals and an assist in their semi-final win over Fiorentina.

Antony at Man Utd

Antony joined Man Utd from Ajax in the summer of 2022 for €100m and big things were expected of Erik ten Hag’s former pupil.

However, Antony has been an unmitigated disaster at Old Trafford. He bagged just four Premier League goals and two assists in his inaugural season and looked well short of the physical, mental and even technical levels required to play for such a big team.

Last season, Antony was even worse with just one Premier League goal and one assist.

Antony did not start a game this season in the Premier League or Europa League, playing just 83 minutes of league football off the bench for United before his loan move to Betis.

He had one goal and just 400 minutes across 14 games in all competitions this season.
