Arteta's desperation: Arsenal eye up €95m flop
Arsenal are among the clubs interested in Randal Kolo Muani, according to French media.
The PSG striker is being talked about in almost apocalyptic terms in his native France. Signed by the French champions on summer Deadline Day 2023 for an eye-watering €95 million, Kolo Muani has been nothing short of a major disappointment.
L'Equipe has claimed that the 25-year-old has hit an impasse, a point of no return in his hometown. Not favoured by Luis Enrique and struggling to score when presented with rare opportunities, Kolo Muani's time at PSG is coming to an end.

The former Eintracht Frankfurt striker, who was so irresistible during the 2022/23 Bundesliga season, is looking for a way out of PSG and the club are open to granting him his wish.
Despite his dire past 12 months, Kolo Muani seemingly has no shortage of suitors.
Premier League move possible
According to Sky Germany, several Premier League clubs have enquired about the Frenchman to sound out a potential January loan. No specific names were mentioned, but Arsenal may very well be among them.
L'Equipe linked Kolo Muani with the Gunners earlier this week, while Man Utd were also touted as a potential destination. PSG, meanwhile, are looking to recoup at least half of their original outlay, putting a €40m-€50m price tag on his head.

Any loan departure would likely include an option or perhaps an obligation to purchase Kolo Muani permanently in the summer. As for Arsenal, they are once again in the market for attacking reinforcements.
Mikel Arteta and company failed to add a striker in the summer and continue to be linked with Benjamin Sesko and Viktor Gyokeres. Kolo Muani could be a cheaper alternative for the misfiring Gunners, but given his recent problems, there would be a major risk attached.
