Which club would suit Man Utd-linked Aaron Hickey best?

Brentford defender Aaron Hickey is being chased by Manchester United, Liverpool and Arsenal as the Scotland international continues to impress in the Premier League.

Hickey, 21, only joined the Bees from Bologna last summer, but he is already being touted for a move to one of the English top flight’s biggest clubs.

According to The Mirror, Man Utd, Liverpool and Arsenal are all ready to make bids for Hickey, while he is also being monitored by Thomas Tuchel’s Bayern Munich.

The Scottish star, who can play at left-back or right-back, has played 90 minutes in each of Brentford’s six Premier League games so far and his form could earn him a move to one of Europe’s biggest clubs.

However, which club should he join?

Using this tool, staying at Brentford is currently Hickey’s best option. The Bees are ranked as the number one destination for the Scotland international, with playing time, playing style and formation all top notch under Thomas Frank.

If Hickey was to leave the club, then SciSports say that Bundesliga outfit RB Leipzig would be the best transfer he could make.

Benjamin Henrichs and David Raum are the starting full-backs for Leipzig at current, but Hickey is still only 21 years old and could certainly fight for a starting berth in Germany.

Brighton & Hove Albion are the next best club for Hickey; their lack of a right-back and Roberto De Zerbi’s style of play aids the Seagulls’ score as a potential destination for Hickey. Inter Milan and Villarreal complete the top five clubs Hickey is best suited to.
