PSG submit RIDICULOUS lowball offer for €100m man

Paris Saint-Germain have submitted a second offer for Eintracht Frankfurt star Randal Kolo Muani, according to French media.
The Frenchman emerged as one of the best forwards in Europe seemingly out of nowhere after Frankfurt snapped him up for nothing from Nantes last summer. His exploits in the Bundesliga last term saw Kolo Muani earn a call-up to France's World Cup squad where he again showed that he can perform at the highest level.
Unsurprisingly, then, the 24-year-old is a hot commodity this summer, with Manchester United and Bayern Munich previously linked. Those two clubs have, however, already made big-money signings in the striker department, meaning that rumours surrounding Kolo Muani had gone somewhat cold until relatively recently.
In recent times, PSG have revived their interest in the Frenchman in what France's media is calling an attempt to 'Frenchify' their frontline. This is somewhat surprising given that the Parisians have already signed Goncalo Ramos and since Kylian Mbappe will evidently stay for at least another season, though it must be said that the former has thus far struggled to impress in the capital.
PSG keen on RKM
Last week, Footmercato reported that the Ligue 1 giants had reached an agreement on personal terms with Kolo Muani regarding a five-year contract and a first offer wasn't long in coming.
Frankfurt coach Dino Toppmöller confirmed that a bid had come in after his side's 1-0 win over promoted Darmstadt in which Kolo Muani had scored the winner despite not quite looking his usual self, likely due to the fact that his head has been turned by the Parisians.

The first offer was clearly rejected and Footmercato now reports that a second one has been made, reportedly worth just €70 million plus bonuses. This seems a fairly ridiculous amount considering that Frankfurt have repeatedly made it clear that they will only entertain offers in excess of €90m, with many believing that it will take more than €100m for them to sell, especially this late in the transfer window.
