Kylian Mbappe sent ‘SERIOUS WARNING’ by Real Madrid

Kylian Mbappe has been sent a warning shot by Real Madrid ahead of his inevitable summer transfer to the Bernabeu.
The PSG star is enduring a difficult end to his time at Parc des Princes, with Luis Enrique hauling the winger off after a disappointing performance during Sunday’s 2-0 victory over Marseille in Ligue 1.
Despite his side getting the win, Mbappe failed to register a shot of any kind for the first time in more than three years in a Ligue 1 fixture.

It continues a trend of the 25-year-old being used more sparingly by Enrique following his decision to join Real Madrid at the end of his contract in the summer – a call that has not been made public but is a poorly kept secret.
While Mbappe was struggling to impress at the Velodrome, he was being sent what is being described by the French media as a “serious warning” from Real Madrid.

Le Parisien called his performance against Marseille "flavourless" and L'Equipe gave him a 3.

Rodygo stakes his claim
Rodrygo was outstanding for Real Madrid against Athletic Club, with the young Brazilian showing just what he is capable of to his future rival.
It may have been widely accepted that he would be one of the players to make way when Mbappe eventually joins the club, yet his performance was of such a calibre that there are no guarantees.
Against LaLiga’s second-best defence, he made the difference on an individual basis by scoring two excellent goals.

The first was the type of goal that Mbappe thrives on. Cutting in off the left, he fired into the top corner from the edge of the area.
He continued to cause mayhem with his directness and speed, setting Brahim Diaz to hit the post, before he grabbed his second to seal the match. Afforded space on the left, he drove into the box before finishing easily.
With Vini Jr also enjoyed a spectacular season at Madrid, the question over how Mbappe is going to fit in just became all the more complicated thanks to Rodrygo.
