Alphonso Davies is already Canada’s most famous soccer player in history after exploding onto the scene in the last couple of years.

Able to play as a winger or at left back – as he does for Bayern – the 21-year-old Davies is the highest-valued Bundesliga player at €77.4 million.

Joshua Kimmich is one of the few players in world football to be world class in more than one position, excelling at both right back and centre midfield. He is third.

Erling Haaland is only the fourth highest valued player in the Bundesliga, given he has a release clause in his contract which has been activated by Manchester City this summer.

The Norway centre-forward has developed into one of the best players in the world after joining Borussia Dortmund from RB Salzburg in January 2020.

Another Bayern player follows in fifth place in Kinglsey Coman, followed by two Bayer Leverkusen stars in Moussa Diaby and Florian Wirtz.

Next up is Leipzig's Andre Silva and arguably the Bundesliga's best player this season, Christopher Nkunku.
