CONFIRMED: Liverpool resolute on Salah staying

Saudi Arabia are hoping to land Mohamed Salah and are briefing reporters as such but our understanding is that it would have to be a record sell for Liverpool to even consider a move late in the window.
The Pro League is looking to land the attacker this window and are speaking of hotel rooms and a medical being booked.
FootballTransfers understands that the club are adamant that the winger is not for sale and it would have to be a mammoth fee from Al Ittihad, who wish to make Salah the best player in the world, for the Reds to even consider a move.

A lot of noise around the deal has been there to create headlines for the Pro League - but that’s not to say interest isn’t there for Salah.
Liverpool are anticipating a move for Salah but strongly deny that they will let their club legend leave.
The transfer window shuts next week and the side do not want to be caught short as they continue the early stages of their Premier League campaign.
Salah is considered a first-team starter and their focal point of goals and the Reds do not want to see him exit.
Liverpool will entertain no offers whatsoever if a bid is made past the transfer window, with the Saud deadline being September 7.

Klopp on the Pro League
It comes after Jurgen Klopp said he will be relieved when the transfer window is over, while maintaining that Salah is not for sale.
“There is nothing to talk about, we don’t have an offer,’ he said.
“Mo is a Liverpool player and essential for everything we do. If there was something the answer would be ‘no’.
“I was always glad when transfer windows are over. It is not my job to complain, it is my job to take the team we have at the end of the transfer window and make the best of it.”
