Manchester United have made a number of new signings this summer and that inevitably means the club will have to make space in the first team.

Usually such misfortune falls at the feet of older players that are well past their prime, but in the case of Man Utd it may end up meaning a player that only joined the club in January could be on his way out.

According to the Manchester Evening News, Amad Diallo could be sent on loan due to the competition for places in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s attacking line.

So which clubs would benefit from taking the young winger on loan and, crucially, which clubs could provide the game time and education to allow Amad to return to Old Trafford a better player?

West Ham

Perhaps the most obvious destination for Amad this summer would be the club that turned Jesse Lingard’s career around last season.

Indeed, the England forward seems unlikely to return to the Hammers, however David Moyes’ side are still in desperate need of a wide forward that can run at defenders and create goal scoring chances.

Therefore, it may be worth the London club taking a punt on Amad and giving him the same trust that allowed Lingard to thrive in the Premier League earlier this year.

Norwich

Another club that could desperately use some inspiration on the wings this season in the Premier League are Norwich City.

The Canaries are by no means a bad side but the sale of star goal scorer and playmaker Emiliano Buendia to Aston Villa will undoubtedly demand more cover than just new signings Milot Rashica and Christos Tzolis.

And there’s no doubt that a team fighting for survival at the bottom of the Premier League will be able to offer a perfect introduction to English football for Amad.

Everton

While Everton may not be as desperate as West Ham or Norwich for new players, they could certainly use a player like Amad in attack.

New manager Rafa Benitez is famed for his ability to get the best out of wide players and at Everton Amad would only be competing with Andros Townsend, Alex Iwobi and Demarai Gray for one of the wide positions.

It may be a bit too much to ask of the 19-year-old to displace proven Premier League players but if he’s as talented as Man Utd clearly think he is, then that’s exactly the kind of challenge he should be rising too.
