Guimaraes given ice-cold Arsenal warning - despite scoring first home goal
Mikel Arteta says he is demanding more from Bruno Guimaraes after the Arsenal midfielder scored the winning goal in the 2-1 win over Leeds United.
The Brazil international marked his home debut for the Gunners by helping them complete a late turnaround against Leeds at the Emirates Stadium.
Guimaraes crashed home from the edge of the box after some lovely build up play from Arsenal duo Martin Odegaard and Declan Rice on Saturday.

However, Arsenal manager Arteta has urged Guimaraes to avoid getting carried away with his heroics against Daniel Farke’s Leeds.
Asked if Guimaraes proved his worth with his goal against Leeds, Arteta was quick to respond with: “But he wasn't at that level against Brighton.
“This is the level for Arsenal. Every week, every game, every minute, every action, you have to be at that level.
"At Brighton he wasn't, today was much better. He can still be much better than the games he has done.
“That's what we have to demand. This is what I demand of myself.
“I'm going to demand the same of the players, because if we do that it will raise the standards and we will be a better team.”
Arteta says Guimaraes is still building up his fitness
Arsenal were comfortably beaten 3-0 at Brighton before the International break, with Guimaraes one of many Gunners stars who struggled on the day.
Guimaraes joined the Premier League champions from Newcastle United for €87.5million (£75m) in the summer, signing a four-year deal with the option for a further year.
After his start to the season was disrupted by a number of minor injuries, the 28-year-old netted his first goal for Arsenal in a 2-0 win at Sunderland in September.

“He's still not in the best condition because he hasn't had a pre-season,” Arteta added. “So we thought ok, [start] the players that are more settled here.
“If we have to bring him in and change the game, do it. We play again on Tuesday night [against Lille], then on Sunday [at Nottingham Forest]
“We know it's going to be a lot of demands for everybody so we better manage that well.”
