Done Deals: Sunderland sign Meunier and every official completed transfer around Europe today

The 2026 summer transfer window is officially open and deals are happening left, right and centre across Europe.

While the World Cup remains in full flow, clubs are still busy getting transfers over line ahead of the 2026-27 season.

Tottenham Hotspur have raced out of the traps this summer, backing manager Roberto De Zerbi with over €260million (£221m) worth of talent.

Jan Paul van Hecke, Sandro Tonali and Mateus Fernandes have joined Spurs for big fees, while Andrew Robertson, Marcos Senesi and Martin Dubravka have arrived on free transfers.

Chelsea have also moved quickly to support new boss Xabi Alonso in the transfer market, signing Marco Palestra from Atalanta for €55m (£47m).

The Blues have also offloaded Marc Cucurella, Andrey Santos and Tyrique George to Real Madrid, Manchester United and Everton respectively for around €146m (£124m).

Alongside Santos, Man Utd have signed Youri Tielemans (€41m/£35m) and Karl Darlow (free) ahead of their first full season under manager Michael Carrick.

Manchester City meanwhile have captured Elliot Anderson from Nottingham Forest for a club-record €136m (£116m), in addition to the signings of Mathys Detourbet (€25m/£20.4m) and Jeremy Monga (€14.1m/£12m).

Rounding off the Premier League’s elite, Arsenal have signed goalkeeper Illan Meslier on a free transfer, while Liverpool have acquired Victor Munoz from Osasuna for €40m (£34.5m).

Outside of the Premier League, Barcelona have signed Newcastle United forward Anthony Gordon for €80m (£70m), while Fabrizio Romano claims they are close to capturing Karim Adeyemi from Borussia Dortmund in a €29m (£24.7m) deal.

Elsewhere in Spain, La Liga rivals Real Madrid have brought in Denzel Dumfries (€20m/£17m), Ibrahima Konate (free) and Bernardo Silva (free) - alongside Spain international Cucurella - following Jose Mourinho’s return to the club.

In the Bundesliga, Bayern Munich have signed Nathaniel Brown (€55m/£47m) and Ismael Saibari (€55m/£47m) following their World Cup exploits for Germany and Morocco respectively.

Whereas in Serie A, AC Milan have thrown their weight behind new manager Ruben Amorim by signing his compatriot Goncalo Ramos from Paris Saint-Germain for a club record €70m (£60m).
