Man Utd to make January move for free kick magician
Ruben Amorim is pushing for Manchester United to sign Inter Milan star Federico Dimarco.
According to Il Napolista, Amorim absolutely adores the Inter left wing-back, who he already wanted to sign last January.
United were on the lookout for a new left wing-back at the start of this year and the club put in an offer to Inter for the player.
However, Dimarco made it clear from the start that he had no interest in leaving Inter and that he was very happy at the club.
Man Utd return for Dimarco
In the end, United moved for Lecce youngster Patrick Dorgu who has had a mixed start to his career at Old Trafford.
Amorim feels that United need to upgrade in this position.
Therefore, Amorim plans to return for another move for Dimarco in January 2026.
Amorim feels that Dimarco is the perfect fit for his 3-4-2-1 formation given he is a natural wing-back with world class delivery and chance creation.
Amorim is a free-kick and long-range specialist, who has scored a host of wonder goals from distance during his career.

Any chance of signing Dimarco will not be easy as this is a player who is very tied to Inter.
Dimarco has made 192 appearances for Inter, scoring 19 goals.
He has been capped 32 times by Italy, scoring three goals and he played at Euro 2024.
