United plan to replace their current number one Andre Onana after he endured a second disastrous season at the club.

Onana joined Man Utd from Inter Milan in the summer of 2023 for €55 million but has been an unmitigated disaster, making a strong of bad errors.

Donnarumma to Man Utd?

The reports state that United are ready to make a €60m bid for Donnarumma.

The 26-year-old’s future at PSG is in doubt as his contract at the club expires in 2026.

There are multiple reports in the French media that Donnarumma could be sold this summer.

He will generate a huge profit for the club as he joined on a free transfer from AC Milan in 2021.

Man Utd have joined Man City, Juventus and Inter Milan in the race for Donnarumma.

The Italian is arguably the best goalkeeper in the world right now after a series of sensational performances in the Champions League.

Donnarumma has perhaps been the Champions League MVP with decisive performances on PSG’s run to the final.

Against Liverpool in the last-16, Donnarumma made two big saves in the penalty shootout from Darwin Nunez and Curtis Jones to take PSG through.

Against Aston Villa in the next round, he performed a series of impossible saves to prevent a stirring second leg comeback in Birmingham.

And then in the semi-final success over Arsenal, Donnarumma made four miraculous saves - two in each leg - to ensure PSG won both legs and 3-1 on aggregate.

Having debuted at the age of 16, Donnarumma already has 10 years of experience and over 400 club appearances under his belt for Milan and PSG.

He also has been capped 72 times for Italy, winning Player of the Tournament at Euro 2020 as the Azzurri won the trophy.

He has a particularly impressive record against English teams and on English soil, most memorably in the Euro 2020 final shootout win against England.
