Benjamin Sesko to join?
Chelsea are interested in signing Benjamin Sesko this summer and they could be forced to pursue a move for the RB Leipzig striker.
Enzo Maresca’s side are set to bring a new centre forward to Stamford Bridge this summer, but TBR Football state that Viktor Gyokeres is set to join Arsenal and Liam Delap could end up at Manchester United.
As a result, Chelsea may therefore be forced to chase Sesko as they look to sign a player capable of challenging Nicolas Jackson for a starting berth in west London.
Meanwhile, Fichajes claim that RB Leipzig will demand a fee of €100 million to allow Sesko to depart this summer, with Chelsea reportedly set to battle Liverpool for his signature.
Joao Pedro wants Chelsea move
Chelsea have also been linked with Brighton & Hove Albion star Joao Pedro, despite the fact he isn’t an out-and-out striker, and the Brazilian wants to join the west London giants this summer.
That is according to Football Insider, who have revealed that Pedro is eager to leave Brighton in order to join a club who will be competing in Europe next season.
Pedro has reportedly discussed the possibility of a summer exit and he is interested in becoming the latest Brighton player to join Chelsea.
Wonderkid pursued
Chelsea are among the clubs eager to sign Paris Saint-Germain wonderkid Axel Tape, who is set to leave Luis Enrique’s side this summer.
Bayer Leverkusen are currently leading the race for the 17-year-old, but Bournemouth, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur are also interested in landing Tape, as per Sports Zone.
If Chelsea are able to sign Tape, they will reportedly send him on loan to Strasbourg for the 2025-26 campaign.
Chelsea chase ‘impossible’ transfer
Illia Zabarnyi has emerged as a potential summer target for Chelsea, although Bournemouth are reluctant to sell the Ukraine centre-back following confirmation of Dean Huijsen’s move to Real Madrid.

Manchester City, Newcastle United and Tottenham are also eager to land Zabarnyi, according to GiveMeSport, but Bournemouth are set to resist offers for the 22-year-old.
Andoni Iraola’s side have already lost Huijsen, who will join Real Madrid for €59 million (£50m) this summer, and they are therefore determined to retain Zabarnyi, with an exit reportedly now considered “almost impossible.”
