Graham Potter's position as Chelsea head coach appears to be on a shaky nail, with bookmakers ranking Eintracht Frankfurt's Oliver Glasner among the favourites to replace him.

Potter's spell in charge of Chelsea has been abject so far, the former Brighton manager overseeing a win ration of just 35 per cent despite owner Todd Boehly having spent more than €600 million in the transfer market.

Mauricio Pochettino, Zinedine Zidane and Luis Enrique are among the bookmaker's favourites should the American billionaire decide to relieve the English coach of his duties, but Glasner sits at 16/1, alongside Atletico Madrid boss Diego Simeone.

A Europa League winner with Frankfurt last May, what else is there to know about Glasner?

What formation does Glasner prefer?

Glasner tends to use a 3-4-2-1 with wingbacks, which will be music to the ears of Chelsea fans who own two of the best in the business in Reece James and Ben Chilwell, when fit.

Wout Weghorst led the line for him at Wolfsburg; Randal Kolo Muani does now, so expect a natural No.9 to follow closely behind Glasner should he arrive at Stamford Bridge.

How good is Glasner?

Glasner is a talented coach, that much is for sure. He led Wolfsburg into the Champions League before leaving for Frankfurt, and then took the Eagles to their first European final since 1980 with their Europa League triumph last season.

What clubs are interested in Glasner?

Chelsea are the latest club to have been linked with a move for Glasner but he has previously attracted the interest of Bundesliga big boys Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig.

The Leipzig links are particularly strong - Glasner was previously the assistant manager at Red Bull Salzburg and the energy drinks company like to promote from within.

When does Glasner's contract expire?

Glasner's existing contract at the Deutsche Bank Park runs until 30 June 2024.

How old is Glasner?

Born on 28 August 1974, Glasner is 48 at the time of writing.
