Revealed: The seven players that could leave Man Utd on loan in January

Manchester United have had a mixed start to the season but things could intensify after the World Cup break, especially in the transfer market.
Manager Erik ten Hag has been working on building his best team and is still targeting further transfers to further bolster his squad for the second half of the season.
However, there could still be some departures from the club, as some will leave on a permanent basis, while others may only move temporarily.
According to the Manchester Evening News, there could be seven players who could move out on loan, either to build experience or get more minutes on the pitch.

Out of all the names, Anthony Elanga is the biggest first-team player that could leave – he has seen opportunities limited in recent times following the signing of Antony and Alejandro Garnacho’s rise.
Facundo Pellistri has also rarely feature since signing in 2020 and his agent confirmed there will be a move for him after the World Cup, so he will almost certainly be going out.
Brandon Williams is another that could move – he spent last season on loan at Norwich, and could get another temporary move away as he hasn’t featured for the club this season.
Similarly, another player who was away on loan last season was Axel Tuanzebe, who was in Italy, and he may also seek another move away as he too hasn’t featured this campaign.

There are three younger players who could seek a temporary move away to get more time on the pitch and build important first-team experience in the coming months.
Those three are Charlie Savage, Zidane Iqbal and Teden Mengi, who have made sporadic appearances in the first-team for Manchester United and will want to build on that while away on loan in the second half of the season.
