Barca fans think Yamal's girlfriend has changed him after Justin Bieber influence

Barcelona fans believe that Lamine Yamal's girlfriend is having a significant influence on him away from the football pitch.

The Spaniard is one of the best players in the world and has already enjoyed significant success in his career despite being just 19 years old, with a European Championship, three La Liga titles and a World Cup already secured in his trophy cabinet.

With his continued success comes more scrutiny on his private life, however.

Since May of 2026, he has been in a relationship with Spanish content creator Ines García, who has been seen supporting him at various Barcelona and Spain matches. After La Roja won the World Cup, she later entered the pitch for the celebrations alongside her boyfriend.

Many fans have noticed a change in Yamal since the relationship was made public, most notably in his fashion sense.

Up until 2026, the young man became known for his maximalism, wearing oversized clothing with bright, vibrant colours.

Now, he is edging more towards minimalism and wears fitted clothes with understated colours.

This is all the influence of Garcia, reports Marca.

The content creator often shares videos related to beauty and fashion and reportedly has a partnership with Zara, among other brands. The pair match each other's aesthetic whenever they are pictured together at events.

This was apparently inspired by Justin and Hailey Bieber. Garcia is a Bieber fan, and the style she chose for the 2026 AFE Awards was a wink to a look Hailey wore at the 2022 Grammys.

Yamal wore black trousers, a dress shirt and tie with a beige bomber jacket, while Garcia opted for a straight white satin dress.

The Barcelona superstar has started the season in fine form, with four goals in his first four La Liga matches.
