Real Madrid on alert as Bayern Munich issue transfer message over Michael Olise

Bayern Munich CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen says the club will discuss the future of Michael Olise next summer amid speculation of a move to Real Madrid.
France winger Olise has established himself as one of the best players in the world since joining Bayern from Crystal Palace for €60million (£51.5m) in July 2024.
The 24-year-old has registered a staggering 45 goals and 55 assists in 111 games for the German giants, winning successive Bundesliga titles in 2025 and 2026.

Such has been Olise’s form in front of goal that La Liga heavyweights Real have been loosely linked with a big-money move for his services.
When Real president Florentino Perez vowed to make a €150m (£128.8m) bid for an unnamed player this summer, many thought Olise was the mystery star.
However, while the offer was made for Atletico Madrid striker Julian Alvarez instead, Olise continues to be tentatively linked with Real.
And Bayern chief Dreesen has stopped short of guaranteeing Olise will stay at the Allianz Arena beyond next summer.
In an interview with German outlet Sport1, via Fabrizio Romano, Dreesen said: “Making promises in football is a tricky matter.
“Whether we can keep him (Olise) permanently is something we will discuss again in the summer.”
And when asked whether Bayern received any offers for Olise this summer, Dreesen added: “We didn't have any offer on the table.
“And we've always said we were not interested [in selling Olise]. That's exactly our position. Olise is incredibly important for this team. He's a magician on the pitch.”
Olise and Bayern are unbeaten in 2026-27 so far
Olise and Bayern have made an unbeaten start to the 2026-27 season, winning three of their opening four fixtures in all competitions.
After beating Borussia Dortmund in the German Super Cup, Olise found the back of the net in the 5-1 Bundesliga win over Stuttgart.
Vincent Kompany’s side also ran out 4-1 winners against Osnabruck in the first round of the German Cup, before drawing 0-0 with Schalke in the league on Saturday.
Real meanwhile suffered their first defeat of the season against Real Betis on Friday, having won their first three La Liga fixtures under Jose Mourinho.
