Juventus endured another miserable season in 2023-24 as they fell well short of maintaining a serious title challenge, with Inter Milan romping to the Scudetto.

Despite having no European football, Juventus struggled for a third successive year under Max Allegri.

Allegri’s second spell in Turin will come to an end, with a new manager taking his place.

There will also be something of a revolution in the transfer market, and a number of players will be sold or offloaded.

Bremer

Juventus are likely to have to make a big sacrifice on the summer transfer market in order to raise cash to fund their own spending.

Brazil defender Bremer, who is rated as one of the best centre backs in Serie A, could be the star who is sacrificed.

Juventus recently put a €60 million clause in his contract. Although this can’t be activated until 2025, it demonstrated that both Bremer and the Bianconeri are open to offers.

Man Utd are acknowledged admirers of Bremer.

Federico Chiesa

There are a number of Juventus players whose contracts expire in 2025 and thus have uncertain futures at the club.

Federico Chiesa is one of these players, together with Weston Mckennie, Moise Kean, Wojciech Szczesny, Mattia Perin, Samuel Iling-Junior and more.

If Chiesa does not sign a new contract he will be sold this summer, so that Juventus don’t lose him on a free transfer in a year’s time.

There is interest in Chiesa from the Premier League, including from Liverpool and Newcastle.

Moise Kean

Just like Chiesa, Moise Kean’s contract at Juventus expires in 2025.

However, unlike Chiesa, there appears very little hope of Kean staying in Turin for the 2024-25 season.

Juventus tried to sell Kean in January but a move to Atletico Madrid fell through at the last minute. The Bianconeri will try again to sell this summer, with Kean not having scored a goal for over a year.

Adrien Rabiot

Adrien Rabiot is one of a host of Juventus players on expiring contracts who are likely to leave on a free transfer.

Rabiot’s contract at Juventus expires at the end of the current season, and he is yet to hold any concrete talks over a renewal.

The Italian media are unanimous in their reports that Rabiot is unlikely to sign a new contract, especially as Allegri - who he is close to - is almost certain to leave the Bianconeri in June.

Man Utd lead the chase for the France midfielder, who was very close to leaving Juventus on a free transfer a year ago only to sign a one-year renewal.

In addition to Rabiot, Alex Sandro and Daniele Rugani will leave on free transfers this summer.

Matias Soule

Matias Soule has been one of the breakout stars of the 2024-25 Serie A while on loan at Frosinone.

The Argentine winger has top scored for the newly-promoted team as they have battled relegation, and has been one of the best dribblers in Serie A from the right wing.

Despite his brilliance, Juventus are considering cashing in on Soule in order to raise cash and obtain a pure profit on their youth academy graduate.

There is strong interest from the Premier League for a player valued at over €30m.
