Harrison Bettoni to join

Chelsea have agreed a deal to sign Wigan Athletic youngster Harrison Bettoni, according to Football Insider.

The 18-year-old is available as a free agent this summer and Chelsea have reportedly won the race for his signature, with the Blues set to pay a small compensation fee to sign him.

Bettoni, who has scored four goals in 27 first-team games for Wigan, has also held talks with AC Milan and Manchester City, but he will become Chelsea’s first signing of the summer window.

Arda Guler bid

Chelsea are preparing a potential €115 million bid for Real Madrid superstar Arda Guler, as per transfer insider IndyKaila.

The Turkey starlet has been linked with a Stamford Bridge switch ever since the appointment of Xabi Alonso, with the pair still in contact following their stint together at Los Blancos, and rumours have now ramped up.

However, a deal is unlikely to take place unless Chelsea reach an agreement to sell Enzo Fernandez.

Axel Disasi agreement

Chelsea have agreed to sell Axel Disasi permanently this summer, with the defender finally set to end his frustrating stint at Stamford Bridge after many years of struggles.

The 28-year-old has not played for Chelsea in nearly two years and has spent time on loan at both Aston Villa and West Ham United, with the latter keen on signing him before their relegation to the Championship ended the prospect of any deal.

Disasi is now set to return to Chelsea this summer, but there is an acceptance that the defender has no future with the club, prompting all parties to seek a permanent exit away this summer, as per the BBC.

Two unnamed Premier League clubs are believed to be taking interest in Disasi, as well as a team in Italy, and Chelsea will likely take a significant loss in order to get the player’s wages off the books.

Mike Penders breaks silence

Chelsea goalkeeper Mike Penders has admitted that “anything is possible” amid rumours that he could be sent out on loan again next season.

The Belgium international was included in Rudi Garcia’s squad for the 2026 World Cup following an eye-catching campaign at Strasbourg and he is set to return to Chelsea for pre-season under new boss Xabi Alonso.

It remains to be seen if the 20-year-old will be sent on another loan spell next year or if he will be given a chance at Chelsea, and Penders has confirmed that a final decision over his future this summer hasn’t been confirmed.

“I am starting pre-season at Chelsea and will try to prove myself in training. Hopefully, I stay injury-free and can prove myself,,” he told Voetbalkrant when asked if 2026-27 will be his breakthrough season with the Blues or if he will go on loan again.

“Anything is possible, but I am starting at Chelsea and will do my utmost to achieve my goal. Am I ready for it? Absolutely, but first I want to focus entirely on this World Cup. After that, we'll see.”

Joao Pedro has ‘already agreed’ Barcelona terms

Chelsea forward Joao Pedro has “already agreed” to join Barcelona this summer, according to reports in Spain.

Pedro has been heavily linked with a Camp Nou switch for over a month, although rumours of a move have died down in recent weeks, with Chelsea confirming that he is not for sale this summer as they prepare for their first season under new boss Xabi Alonso.

However, Spanish outlet AS claim that Pedro has “already agreed” to join Hansi Flick’s side this summer. It’s reported that he has been earmarked as their primary alternative to Julian Alvarez, who is Barca’s first-choice replacement for Robert Lewandowski following an excellent stint at Atletico Madrid.

Real Madrid keep tabs on Levi Colwill

Chelsea defender Levi Colwill is on Real Madrid’s transfer shortlist ahead of this summer, according to a report from TEAMtalk.

The 23-year-old is viewed as an attractive option by Los Blancos due to his ability to play at centre-back or left-back, but he is currently behind Josko Gvardiol and Riccardo Calafiori in their list of summer targets.

Furthermore, Chelsea reportedly see Colwill as one of seven ‘untouchables’ in their current squad, meaning a sale won’t be permitted.

Exclusive: Morgan Rogers wants Arsenal or Bayern Munich

Morgan Rogers’ representatives have only held extensive conversations with Arsenal and Bayern Munich ahead of the upcoming summer transfer window, FootballTransfers understands.

Both clubs are keeping a keen eye on Rogers’ situation at Villa Park, and sources have told us that his representatives have only held lengthy transfer negotiations with Arsenal and Bayern so far.

Other clubs across European football are also eager to sign the 23-year-old when the summer transfer window opens, including Chelsea, but those talks haven’t progressed beyond making their interest known.

Furthermore, as things stand, Arsenal and Bayern are the only two clubs that Rogers would seriously consider joining this summer. Currently, if a move to either of those teams fails to materialise, we have been told the England attacking midfielder would be likely to remain at Aston Villa for at least another season.
